My name is Andrei Damaschin, and I am the founder of Damaschin Home Improvements. I have been involved in the construction industry since my teenage years, developing a strong foundation of hands-on experience across a wide range of residential construction and remodeling projects.
Before starting Damaschin Home Improvements, I worked for several reputable home builders for over eight years. During that time, I helped oversee the construction of more than 200 homes, gaining valuable experience in every stage of the building process. Today, I bring over 20 years of construction knowledge and expertise to every project we take on.
I am a licensed General Contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina, committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
Since opening Damaschin Home Improvements, we have proudly served numerous homeowners and successfully completed more than 100 remodeling and home improvement projects. From kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations, our focus is always on delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
My Story
Damaschin Home Improvements was founded by my wife and I in April 2022. I grew up in Charlotte, NC and worked in many states in the construction industry throughout my early adulthood. I met my wife, Clarissa, in Iowa and the settled there for 4 years before deciding to move back to Charlotte in 2020.
Damaschin Home Improvements started out as a side hustle to help pay for expensive IVF treatments, but then we were inspired to take a leap of faith and turn it into a full-time business. With hard work, dedication, and a passion for making homes beautiful, Damaschin Home Improvements was officially established as an LLC.
